In the late 1990s, the business was sold to a major supplier who introduced a unique opportunity—allowing employees to take ownership of their local branches. This shift empowered passionate individuals to bring a personal touch to their services.

CBI Blinds is an independent, family-owned and operated business with proud affiliations to some of Australia's largest manufacturers. We are currently celebrating 40 years of operation in the Hunter region. Serving Newcastle and its surrounding areas, we offer a comprehensive supply and installation service, while also providing a supply-only option for those who prefer it.

In 2025, the business entered an exciting new chapter under the ownership of Kyle and Suzy. With a decade of industry experience, Kyle brings unmatched expertise and a deep commitment to quality. Previously part of CBI, he now channels his knowledge into delivering exceptional solutions for our customers.

Suzy, Kyle's wife and business partner, brings a wealth of experience in logistics, honed during her over 10 years of dedicated service in the Australian Defence Force. Together, they combine their skills and passion to carry forward the family-owned tradition, while continuously innovating to meet the needs of our valued customers.
